LUMINARY NIGHT EVENT
On Thursday, December 20, 2001, at 5:00 p.m. we celebrated our annual
community "Luminary Night" at the Montrose Cemetery. Luminary bags were
placed in a circle around the star shaped flowerbed in the cemetery.
As the night darkened, the village youth lighted the candles as families
and friends gathered to sing Christmas carols. The "SPIRIT of CHRISTMAS
and GIVING" glowed in memory and honor of our loved ones.
After the caroling, the Montrose Garden Club invited everyone for
hot chocolate,cookies, and fellowship.
If you were unable to attend, but would like to contribute, you may do so

sincerely appreciated.
